With so many wine bars opening these days, it's not surprising that the perennially popular 'inoteca has made some recent menu changes to distinguish itself from the new kids. Though a cheaper tasting menu has been available for awhile, the restaurant has just launched a three-course, $50 one ($80 with wine pairings), described by the PR blurb as "heartier." Family style dishes like Heritage pork loin chops and daily-changing market fish ramp up the entree selection. Because seafood isn't on the regular menu, reservations must be made at least five days in advance.

Also, every day in 2007, until 5pm, a $40, family-style menu will be available that pairs four different Nebbiolo wines with the meal. One important caveat: Both menus are only available for  parties of six or more. Be sure to check out our full list of restaurant and bar deals.
