Before the madness of Fashion Week begins, it's nice to take a nostalgic look back at what inspired a lot of the fashion of today. Edie Sedgwick, the debutante queen of 1960s pop culture, appeared in publications like Vogue and LIFE, and was one of Andy Warhol's favorite subjects. She was a free spirit and an icon of her time, and this video montage is sure to put a smile on any fashionista's face.
Thanks for the history lesson. Edie is sweet, indeed.
